• Taiwanese American based in San Francisco and born in Indiana, with experience living in Asia (Beijing, Singapore, and Taipei)

• As a writer, researcher, and storyteller, I’ve delved into about topics such as:

  • The contrast between Taiwan’s portrayal in American media versus my experiences there

  • Factors Taiwanese people in their 20s and 30s considered when deciding who to vote for in the 2024 presidential election

  • Startups serving immigrants

  • Stories of Asian American creatives and entrepreneurs

• With an academic background in Asian Studies, I particularly love reading and writing essays that weave together history, current events, and personal experiences

• Educated by Northwestern, Wharton, and the Lauder Institution
